Table Linens & Centerpieces

I currently work at a party rental place and am lucky enough to have some of the prettiest table settings to choose from and have the resources to well plan what I want everything to look like (and even how I want my room arranged). Below is the drawing of what my room will look like. The square table closest to the dance floor and 2 rounds on either side of it will by my family tables. The squirvy tables at each corner are the buffets.

48" Round Guest Tables

These tables will have an Ivory Linen with Olive Taffeta Overlay. There will be a Gold Acrylic Charger with Chocolate Lamour Napkin (tied with Ivory Satin Ribbon) preset at the table. We will be using Fruitwood Garden chairs at these tables.

This table will just have a simple candle holder with votives around it.

Since I have already paid for the bouquets, I figured I should put them to use during the reception. These will be put in a vase with Ivory Damask Paper, Ivory Vellum Paper, and Ivory Polka Dot Ribbon with Amber Beads and votives around it.

This one will have a Ivory Square Plate with a Gold Patterned Plate on top of it. Then it will have an Amber Tumber that I am using for a votive with a tall candle and short candle next to it. The candles have a cool twisted pattern to them.

60" Round Guest Tables

These tables will have an Ivory Linen with Chocolate Taffeta Overlay. There will be a Gold Acrylic Charger with Chocolate Lamour Napkin (tied with Ivory Satin Ribbon) preset at the table. We will be using Fruitwood Garden chairs at these tables.

These tables will have bouquets in the vase with paper and frosted votives around it.

This table will have the candle set on the plate set with flat amber votives (that I got at an Event Planner's garage sale for $.10 each :) around it.

These tables will have Brown Iron Candle Holders with frosted votives around it.

Family Tables

I will have reserved family tables that I will set a bit different to make them more special. These tables will have an Ivory Pintuck Linens. There will be a Gold Charger (different than in the picture) with Olive Lamour Napkin (tied with Chocolate sheer Ribbon) preset at the table. We will be using Mahogany Chiavari Chairs at these tables.

This centerpiece will have a glass tray with a vase with leaf/bead sticks and Taupe Hydrangea; a copper pot with Red/Orange Hydrangea; and a glass holder with Orange Pillar Candle. There will be 2 reserved on each table that will have Ivory Damask paper. Of course, my love of candles means that there will me votives on this table too :) 

Head Table

I will have round tables set-up together to make a caterpillar like shaper. There will not be anybody sitting across from my Fiance and I. These tables will have an Ivory Satin linen with a Ecru Taffeta with Stitched Circles over it, scalloped up around the table. There will be a Glass Charger with Gold Beads with Persimmon (kind of a orange-red much like my bouquets) Pintuck Napkin and Chocolate Satin (tied with Ivory Polka Dot Ribbon) preset at the table. We will be using Mahogany Chiavari Chairs with Ivory Organza Sash at these tables.

Here is part of the set-up. I only had 2 linens to play with but it should help convey the concept.

The centerpieces will have 2 large vases with Calla Lillies, Hydrangeas, and Brown Curly Willows. It will also have Coffee Beans. At the base will be a mirror to brace between the 2 tables with Amber hurricanes and various votives that will fill up the mirror. There will also be 2 candelabras that the MOH's bouquets will go in with red candles on the arms.

Bistro Tables

I will have bistros around the dance floor for people to set their drinks down on rather than do all the way back to their table. These tables will have Ivory Pintuck with a Chocolate Lamour or Chocolate Pintuck sash.

This table will have a small curvy vase with amber beads and a rose bunch in it.
